I wished there was a phone app for the portal. I think that would have made things more convenient. Also, it was really difficult to find your company's Workday page unless you had the specific url. Personally, I feel like a username and password and possibly a simple url extension should be enough, but I always had trouble logging in from another computer because the url was too complicated.
