The scoring can be confusing for some. Most people who are not sure/want to provide a middle score, would put 5 out of 10 but this is considered a detractor, as is anything from 0-6. Human Friendly, there's been a lot of employment giants and multiple options but very few has the atmosphere of one's desire. Employee satisfaction if one sign that your being cared and that's what everybody wants, isn't it. You're awarded, appreciated and paid well, your personal lofe is valued and the balance is kept on the consideration plates. Logical, technical and personal development are the key points. Professional approach towards learning and development, using new technologies and enhancing your skills puts forward a growth mindset and enables efficient work systems. Versatility of the tooling is great, you can chop and change Q's, ensure visibility of the info collated and react to it real-time.
The learning curve is quick and easy.
Visually, it looks great and is easy to navigate / respond.

Like any survey, you have to be careful about the questions you use. The risk is feedback is taken literally within a team or departmnet when a lot of the metrics provided could be aimed at the organisation overall. Therefore, ensure managers have training... This isn't a tool where you can just roll it out... It needs thought, time and training to ensure you get the best out of it and don't do the oppositive of your intent which could be demotivating colleagues and management.
Whilst navigation is easy, the UI needs a bit more TLC as it's not optimised to how someone would navigate a page. Features are not hidden but they're not in the obvious places nor look clickable at times. Hamburger menu for all navigation would be welcomed.
A silly one but I'm so surprised... Trying to find the login link on the company site is not obvious. Yes you can save a URL for quick access but i often just go to the site as you get a quick glance of anything new of interest. In this instance, the login is on a carousel style banner... PeakOn is very intuitive for the users and provides insightful metrics for HR. Companies are able to aggregate the data so that employee's identity are keep confidential. It provides a safe space for employees to enter in their confidential feedback in the comments section. It also analyzes how the Company performed over time and compares it to the market which is helpful in understanding how it fairs in the grand scheme of things. PeakOn also released an out of the box integration with Workday that I think will immensely streamline our process. This integration definitely adds value! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before the Workday integration, our HR team was going into PeakOn to manually add and delete employees from the database which was a HUGE pain point. From a user's perspective, I think it's always nerve wrecking when writing honest feedback because we don't understand if the system is truly "confidential". PeakOn does state in the surveys that the ratings and feedback are confidential but I think if they had a "help" or "more information" tab that explains how the data is aggregated I think that would give users peace of mind. It is a true reflection of how your team feel now rather than a few months time. It is interactive with you able to ask questions on comments made rather than guess work. It takes away the need to build plans to change negative and passive colleagues as it generates the training needed to change these.
