I like that you can access it remotely so if you need to log your hours and you are home sick, you don't have to worry about missing the deadline to submit your hours for a pay period. The only way to view the amount of time you still have available to be used is to go to a separate page from the Time Off screen and to change the date on that page to 12/31 for the current year. Within the Time Off screen, you can view all other time available to be used, so it would be helpful if it was all in there together, especially since that is where you are requesting dates off on the calendar.
