Workday makes understanding your compensation much more transparent. Super easy to understand

Sometimes there's an issue with lag when you are inputting info, so you'll have to re-enter the same info another time.

Transparency and tracking your comp easily from both the employer and employee sides

My company uses workday for everything from payslips to doing work modules. It is easy to navigate and find anything you need.

I haven’t found anything I dislike yet.

With living in different states, It is easy to navigate the changes in taxes that vary for pay

I like that you can see most of your profile and your team's profile on one platform.

**What do you dislike about Workday Compensation?**

I dislike the fact that you cannot change or edit much, let alone add anything. The platform is extremely user-unfriendly.

Change the platform to a more user-friendly one and give the user more access to information.

Overall it is a great tool to easily see your compensation, as well as track your pay history.

**What do you dislike about Workday Compensation?**

You can't just pull up your compensation history immediately,  you have to put in a request and then you are sent the download.

A way for employees to easily be able to access their compensation, benefits, and see their pay history.

**What do you like best about Workday Compensation?**

I love how easy this software is to learn and use. It takes almost no time to learn how to work within this platform and accomplish day-to-day tasks. I also love the alerts system so I can be emailed whenever there is a change instead of continually logging into the platform. 

**What do you dislike about Workday Compensation?**

I do not like that it is sometimes a bit glitchy. For instance, I will read a notification and still have a remaining notification pending. This is usually a manual fix and not difficult, but it is manageable. 

**Recommendations to others considering Workday Compensation:**

I would recommend adding more information to your notification emails so customers don't need to go into the platform to see updates. 

**What problems is Workday Compensation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with tracking time, goals, compensation among other things. It is a great one-stop-shop.

Ease of use. We used to have to visit several sites to look up pay information, now just one.

Entering schedule can be tedious. Would like to be able to enter several times at once.

I like the tile layout on the homescreen.  Very user friendly.  Easy to see paychecks, request PTO, look at benefits.

I liked the old UI better than the newer one.

Workday is easy to navigate, easy to use, and provides much needed HR support.

**What do you dislike about Workday Compensation?**

Employees sometimes have a hard time downloading paystubs because the software thinks a bit too long.

**What problems is Workday Compensation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use workday as our payroll software, to deliver paystubs and W2s and much more. It is a great way for employees to change elections and do a host of other HR related items on their own.

It keeps track of everything all in 1 program, like pay, time off, absences, hours worked, PTO. So you can keep track of your performance.

I dont have any complaints from when I used it at healthnet.
