What do you like best about Workato?

There isnt much you can not do with the tool as far as automations. Some may take a bit of creative solutioning, but the integtrations and capabilitties are endless. there is also a robust training library to help along the way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

Very steep learngin curve. Takes a lot of trial and error until things are built correctly. I wish there was a mopre simple way to test automations in a step by step capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workato?

So easy to use and the number of features that it has Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

That some times I find a few bugs everynow and then Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workato?

The simplicity of use, very easy to connect to any platform, ability to create custom connectors easily, recipe design is super simple and workato helps with data pills suggestions, constant improvements (while loop, elsif etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

customer support in chat is tedious, usually they don't have the technical knowledge to identify the problem quick enough and they keep you in chat for an hour before they escalate it further Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workato?

Very accessible to use. Depending on your use-case, all younhave to do is set-up a connection and follow basic instructions. After a day you will be able to do some basic interfacing with web-apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

Creating connectors are difficult. Not all triggers of authoring connectors are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workato?

Workato is an extremely easy to use and onboard tool, which is quickly taking over the integration space with numerous features and platform capabilities. They have an extensive roadmap with frequent releases, and has been an extremely reliable platform for our IT operations. We were able to migrate nearly all of our legacy iPaas integrations over to Workato with 0 issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workato?

I absolutely love how Workato has transformed the way our team handles integrations and automations. One of the best features is its user-friendly interface, which allows even those with limited technical expertise to create complex workflows effortlessly. What do you like best about Workato?

I've used Workato support many times and they are the most helpful and structured support I've ever worked with. Quick to reply, fair if there's no apparent solution, and willing to go deeper if you have a specific problem! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

A ticket followup system would be nice so you can look back at them in a more structured way than a chat. Maybe an AI recap of the chat would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workato?

I love the simplicity of the platform and how quickly it has made a difference to our business. We are using it to support business processes that it is not really designed to manage, but it has managed to not only deliver but excel at these workflows.

We are starting to exapnd its use through the wider team.

Whenever a new use case comes up, Workato can inevitably handle it.

The support structure for the platform has been outstanding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workato?

The initial implementation took a while as we had so many use cases to choose from.

it was confusing at first for new users, especially with the On Prem agents and the config of the connections on grouped servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
