What do you like best about WordPress.org?

What do you like best about WordPress.org?
WordPress has a lot of available functionality through PlugIns and the Dashboard works pretty well for managing everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about WordPress.org?
The problem with having a million PlugIn options is that items are not always compatible and PlugIns get out of date or become non-supported. Basically, it's like Android vs iOS. Android is fragmented and and iOS is integrated and seamless. Don't get me wrong, I'm an Android user, but it's still frustrating. So WordPress would be much easier for a user if one update to a plugin didn't always have a danger of hosing your whole site. Imagine if you had to worry whether you could save your MS Word document every time you used it. When MS updates Office 365, I don't worry about it. When there is a plug-in update or more like several at once, I worry because things break. I like the Dashboard for having everything in one place, but it is slow as can be. My biggest issue with WordPress is that it's advertised like it's simple and just works, but it doesn't really. Simple and just works is putting together a MS SharePoint Intranet. And if you need support you get it. With 20 different plugins all with their own development schedules and support levels, it's a nightmare...which I guess is good for the WordPress services businesses, but it's a nightmare of regular users who just need some simple and reliable.
