1- If it could update the entry data automatically it would be good

2- Some of the fields are missing (The advanced one, like author ...), but the good news is they are working on it

3- Phone customer service could be a good feature to be added to this software, someone could help you on the phone

I didn't had any experience at all on creating an online store with a store manager, i just watched some tutorials and I was already helping on setting up one of the company website store products online.
