What do you like best about Wolters Kluwer?
I'd have to say I like the old Wolters Kluwer that provided the best tax software with first-in-class customer service. But, they've abandoned that model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Wolters Kluwer?
CCH Axcess is poorly designed. The support solutions do not for the most part support Axcess. Phone support either doesn't pick up or doesn't f/u. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We switched our bookkeeping to Doc-It-Easy around 1,5 years ago and I regret the move.
Since our bookkeeping is quite huge for a small company we thought Doc-It-Easy would bring back our overview.
It's the other way around.
The software is not user friendly, support is unexisting and it's an orgy of knitted together software.

I really can't comment on the help I received for my product support due to the fact no one will contact me back, even with a ticket in.
I have witnessed so far this year, the horrible customer service Wolters Kluwer displays. I have 1099's to be filed by January 31, 2019 (today is January 30, 2019) I had put in a ticket two days ago with no response from anyone!!!!! no surprise, it has happened every time I have needed the support. I I would like to know who is going to be responsible for my clients not to have their 1099's by the due date and whom incurs a penalty because your people can't do their job?
