To make each and every chatbot work properly wizychat need a proper configuration from there server and for a new user configuring it to the server always becomes a difficult task because sometime the internet connection doesn't work properly or the platform itself might have the server down issue. I found limitations in configuring advanced chat workflows, for example: be able to scale a chat to a supervisors, based on the chat conversation, or to setup custom menus options for the customer chats. The best thing is its simplicity. I am able to buit the chat bot so easily.
