We love Wisetail. We have been using the system for over two years and find it to be easy to administer training videos to our entire staff, upload videos, daily use of badges and merits. The customer service/support has always been exceptional. Implementing and integrated the system was a breeze and we have had no problems since! We use Wisetail everyday! Overall, Wisetail is easy to use for an LMS. It's easy to upload training materials and documents. When issues do arise (because they will with any technology) Wisetail solves the problem quickly and is very responsive. We love working with Tyler as our account rep and have built a great working relationship with him. He's always available and lets us know if he's out of office and who we can contact. Wisetail is constantly upgrading and releasing new updates. When they launched OnTrack (an additional cost add on), it seemed that more of their concentration went to that and product releases for their main site slowed down.
We are a large franchise organization and it can be difficult navigating that with all the permissioning that needs to be done. The permissioning can be very cumbersome.
I also wish that our regional directors could see all their locations training completions easier. We have had to build out reports in PowerBI to accommodate our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Almost everything! The 1:1 support we recieve from our Accout Manager, Brittany, is top notch. The UI for end users is terrific. I'm glad they made significant upgrades to their word processor for creating learning modules and other content. The flexiblity to assign user groups across all of our franchises is super handy. The reporting functionality is truly abysmal. I am not saying that to be dramatic. Especially for test reporting, the reporting that lives within the LMS is nearly unusable. Anytime I talk to anyone about Wisetail, I unfortunately have to say something along the lines of "it's fantastic, but if you're in the hunt for good reporting, look elsewhere." I appreciate the ease of use for most functions. Navigation, reporting, creation, and importing content is a breeze. I appreciate my Account Manager, Brittany, and the support team for their rapid response times and courtesy. It is a program that I am proud to share with my peers. Since using PlayerLync, our onboarding, training, and continuing education have become streamlined into one easy-to-use platform. The PlayerLync Forms make our Daily Operations fast, efficient, and easy to review. The people at Wisetail were fantastic. From the CEO down to the newest customer service rep, we consistently had very positive interactions with them. Almost every code update would break something. We were a Wisetail client from the very early days of the platform (version 4 I believe) until 2020 and the overall instability ultimately drove us away. Things were always broken and their code base wasn't solid enough to fix things easily. Add to that frustration the literal years that went by without a feature update as they kept selling from one investor to the next. Now that they've landed at a long-term owner, I'm hopeful they can recover and get back to the solid company they began as. In talking to current clients (as of June 2022), they still have not reached a place of stability. It is definitely a platform for small companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
