The only draw is 1) the price (though all of the companys I work for pay for it so I've never had to deal with that), and 2) the fact that you can't upload and share Premiere projects. Amazon's cloud server has a wiredrive alternative that allows you to upload and share Premiere projects as well as leave notes and comments during specific seconds of the video. The interface and ability to have editorial staff, producers, and support staff all be on the same ease of use regardless of experience or aptitude is really great.
