What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

We can run our business efficiently with this software. Suppurt is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?

The reporting would be better if is was more customizable. The BI software is not user freindly because there are SO many fields and modules that a user does not know where to start when building a report. it would be great if the reports in Win Team could be customized. What problems is WinTeam by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can accurately track time for employees, aside from the human issues that relate to this such as if an employee does not clock in or out. An internal work order system would be a great added feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

I use WinTeam on a daily basis. It is very user friendly and easy to learn. I have used both sides of WinTeam the Customer Side and the Employee Side. I know there is a lot about WinTeam I do not know about but I love learning about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave?

There are so many things that could be better. Main issue is everytime an issue is brought up, we are directed to use the idea portal but that is useless so our issues are never identified. It also seems i kow more than the people at WinTeam, i normally have to help the help desk to get issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The last issue was how use a single platform for consolidated purposes. it took multple times of WinTeam closing the ticket before resolving the actual issue. the issue was finally fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WinTeam by WorkWave?

WinTeam provides a robust all in one comprehensive ERP system allowing the smallest up to the largest company to manage their business. This eliminates the need for multiple desperate systems and logins keeping everything under one pane of glass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about WinTeam by WorkWave is that there are times when importing new hires, it doesn't always import or it takes a very long time - sometimes the import has to be done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The access we have to view for many employees, very nice reports, semi-easy to use. i do enjoy the idea protal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration was difficult, importing from ADP to this was not easy. Benefit set up was very complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now we have a issue with Kwantek not importing the employees correctly to Winteam. Currently they are patching up whatever needs to be patched so that employees import at ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
