Windstream Office Suite UC allows us to set up and control our phone system in ways a conventional key system never would. We have an online interface with lots of flexibility options, routing and re-routing options (in case of an emergency or problem at a particular location, for example), and the ability to use the system across a variety of devices. Support seems a bit clunky if something goes wrong. There is a chat window option, and Windstream asks users to try that before contacting them. I would love for this to be more streamlined and responsive. Also, the documentation on using the system effectively could be better. We've had to design our own manual with tips and tricks. I like that I can use on my tablet to write, and edit using track changes a document that I have either written or been given. I like that I can transfer to a pdf from a word, and from excel to word. However for some reason, I can not always upload my document to the internet. Figure, it's a glitch. I also don't like that I have to pay for fonts. It does work well, but it isn't easy to pull up my document and when I save, it doesn't always save.
