Windstream Office Suite UC allows us to set up and control our phone system in ways a conventional key system never would. We have an online interface with lots of flexibility options, routing and re-routing options (in case of an emergency or problem at a particular location, for example), and the ability to use the system across a variety of devices. Support seems a bit clunky if something goes wrong. There is a chat window option, and Windstream asks users to try that before contacting them. I would love for this to be more streamlined and responsive. Also, the documentation on using the system effectively could be better. We've had to design our own manual with tips and tricks. I like that I can use on my tablet to write, and edit using track changes a document that I have either written or been given. I like that I can transfer to a pdf from a word, and from excel to word. However for some reason, I can not always upload my document to the internet. Figure, it's a glitch. I also don't like that I have to pay for fonts. It does work well, but it isn't easy to pull up my document and when I save, it doesn't always save. OfficeSuite offers what no other application with office programs. Much lighter than Microsoft Office, this application for smartphones provides a lot of useful features to view, create and edit Microsoft Office files such as Word, Excel, Power Point. It allows you to download and view any text document, presentation or spreadsheet and modify it with great features and ease. The free version offers enough tools to be able to use it. It has complete compatibility with all Microsoft formats and even allows you to export documents in PDF format. It has full compatibility with other formats such as RTF, TXT, EML, ZIP, among others, as well as with OpenOffice and LibreOffice formats such as ODT, ODS and ODP.

It offers a Chat that allows you to send documents, collaborate in the modification of documents and exchange ideas with co-workers.

Its basically a mobile application tool which is mostly helpful for the opening and reading of the en-number of files in multiple formats such as Pdf, html, and etc at one place, the most thing i liked the most of it is the convenient way of using across the mobile platforms. I adore the way that you can make and alter a wide range of documents, for example, word, pdf, and PowerPoint instantly.
