What do you like best about When I Work?

I love the ease of use with When I Work. Having such an intuitive platform makes managing our front-end schedule so much easier, especially since we have a large team working across three studios. It's been great being able to easily send invites to the entire team, and everyone has found it super easy to use since then. I've really enjoyed how it eliminates confusion on the schedule by solving the subbing and shift trading issues we used to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

When you list an employee and salaried it is still calculating their hours after 40 into the total scheduled which is counter productive. I also wish there was a "modified date" and "printed date" "published date" on the schedule that acannot be changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how When I Work provides the full schedule and doesn't rely on tools like email to communicate what's going on. It's much cleaner and clearer to use. I like how When I Work is pretty easy to use, similar to a spreadsheet where you can easily find your name and the time you're supposed to be there. It's straight forward, making scheduling simple. The software is extremely organized and easy to use. I'm able to schedule all of my staff on a weekly basis & view how many hours everyone has individually and collectively. I love that we can keep all 100+ employees in one scheduling platform. We use the location feature to keep the scheduled separate.
