**What do you like best about WEVO?**

WEVO is gives companies the opportunity to step in the shoes of their prospective customer to see what their insights are that specifically relate to improved performance.  Acquisition marketing is continuously evolving and WEVO helps to ease ROI decision making by increasing performance and mitigating risk.  The tool is very easy to use, has a fast turnaround time, and produces actionable results that are easy to understand an implement.  

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

There is nothing that I like about WEVO.  The team seeks feedback and is working to continuously optimize the tool just as they do with their customer's websites.  

**Recommendations to others considering WEVO:**

WEVO is a great tool.  I suggest giving it a try as there is really no risk to doing so.  You will learn more about your company, customers, and competition in the process.  

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several lead generation web properties that are critical to achieving set business goals.  We leverage WEVO to balance our efforts to continuously improve our marketing efforts, focusing on the areas that offer the greatest impact.

Getting real data from real people in an organized and prioritized way along with really good summary info and best practices from the Wevo team.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

As they grow we look forward to more advanced audience selection criteria to really hone in on target audiences.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to track significant page improvements from all areas we have tested with Wevo and a measurable improvement to ROI that makes Wevo a no-brainer to work with.

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

Intuitive interface that enables quick entry of tests, not at all cumbersome.  The post-test results are very rich and have provided our organization with valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

No dislikes and WEVO has been very receptive to our suggestions for future enhancements.

**Recommendations to others considering WEVO:**

A great, affordable solution for rapid testing.  We are beginning to expand WEVO usage into other lines of business due to the ease of use and quick insights.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WEVO to quickly test new creative versus existing pages.  We have also used WEVO as a means to test our pages versus similar pages on competitor sites.

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

WEVO gave us actionable recommendations on how to improve our conversion rates based on verbatim feedback from our selected target audience. We were able to get this intel before taking the risk of launching our client's website which was even better!

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

It takes a few days to receive the results, but they are worth the wait! Part of that time included WEVO organizing the data to make it super easy to digest which was appreciated.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can reduce meetings internally on subjective thoughts because WEVO provides us with the intel on exactly what people are looking for or are expecting. We saved time and money by avoiding the guesswork normally associated with building out a website.

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

Real human beings react to the experience of navigating your web page. Heat maps and click tracking provide real data on what users do when they land on the page.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

Not really a negative given relative age of the company, but it will be increasingly valuable if they build out larger audience sets that can be further segmented by geography, demos, interests, and behavior.

**Recommendations to others considering WEVO:**

Talk with them about types of clients you wish to use with. They were willing to expand into the Automotive space at our request.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing clients why they are not realizing more customers from the many leads brought to their website thru our effective digital marketing. Informs Creative and messaging, as well as guides user experience strategy.

Ability to quickly get results and improve our marketing from an audience that aligns with our target audience

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

Deploying a complicated test can take some time to get back the results, although not bad, we just like to move fast.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to create better web content, and improve landing pages.

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

The platform is extremely user friendly. I like that we have the ability to log-in whenever we want and can look at very specific parts of our websites to read feedback. Our monthly calls with Wevo are very helpful in that they call out the larger themes and offer suggestions of things that we can test or work on.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

Initially when the platform only allowed images to be tested vs. live interaction with the site, it seemed to only gives us part of the story. We could get validation on image selection or placement of a button, but we weren't able to get any of the next step, more actionable information. 

**Recommendations to others considering WEVO:**

Take time to think about the pages that you want to learn more about and make sure you have specific goals that you can share with them ahead of the test. 

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to have people similar to our real life audience look at our pages and give honest feedback - at our agency, we don't always fall into the 'target demo'. WEVO has helped us to think more about the audience coming to the page vs. just UX.

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

We have used WEVO to develop a deep understanding of user intent when interacting with our webpages, landing pages, and creative. I personally love that the results fall at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, and development, so we can provide a wide array of feedback, recommendations, and next steps for our clients.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

WEVO currently does not support testing the interactive components of webpages, such as opening accordions, clicking buttons, or navigating the page. Incorporating how a user engages would be a huge benefit to our work. 

**Recommendations to others considering WEVO:**

Ensure that you dedicate internal resources to reviewing the data, in addition to WEVO insights, to ensure that your recommendations align to best practices for that client and industry.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What are users' impressions of the brand or product? Does the page content and layout motivate a user to take the desired action? What is missing, or what could be improved? How can we improve the content or structure to encourage a user to convert on the page right away?

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

The team at WEVO have always been easy to work with, while pushing performance with new, innovative ideas. We have gained a lot of testing ideas for our partner based on the information WEVO has provided us throughout the partnership.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

One of the few downsides to WEVO is that their is sometimes a disconnect between their recommendations and how it applies to the education industry. Other than that, the tool is fairly easy to use and the team has always been helpful in reviewing test results.

**Recommendations to others considering WEVO:**

Be willing to think outside-of-the-box and implement tests based on results from WEVO tests. They can drive positive performance!

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using WEVO, we can better understand potential students and develop new testing plans based on user feedback. The improvement in conversion rate allows us to better serve our partner with lower cost per inquiry and better quality leads.

The ability to receive user feedback on new design projects and compare to our current web properties has helped to ensure that we are moving forward with impactful changes to our sites.

While not all user feedback is applicable to the elements we are looking to test, the overall feedback has been helpful.

WEVO allows our team to vet initial design concepts for our web properties. Based on user feedback, we have been able to course correct and confidently launch new elements to improve performance.

WEVO is a very simple process that provides profound results. We got relevant commentary from our target audience on specific aspects of our website, leading to insights we had not thought of before.

WEVO took a long time to process, but as the company grows I'm confident this will be perfected.

We created a document based on our WEVO feedback with several recommended changes to our website. We anticipate this will make our web presence a larger factor in our sales efforts.

WEVO only test static pages, so it's hard to track users' reaction to interaction or flows on the page.

Clarity of data - WEVO is very good at interpreting and directing feedback.  Our results were very compelling and gave us concrete, actionable ways to immediately improve our landing pages.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

Much of our audience has very specialized knowledge and WEVO's panels may not be the best way to evaluate that content.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WEVO has allowed us to quickly test a lot of  our qualitative assumptions about our content and landing pages.  The feedback from real people has been incredibly useful for our design and content teams.

WEVO gives us insights into our customers mindset that we can't get anywhere else. Being able to see verbatim responses from actual users on what they like and don't like about our products helps us to properly target new experiences to our customers needs.

Nothing to dislike. WEVO is amazing to work with.

We are able to solve hard to diagnose issues with on page conversions. Testing with WEVO allows us to know what to target and improve versus guessing at what our customers are looking for.

Customer Success Managers were very helpful and willing to jump on a call when setting up the tests. Back-end platform is extremely easy to use and intuitive. 

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

Would like there to be a quick way to view the number of responders per test rather than downloading the report.

Really easy tool to use.

Gaining unbiased insight into a variety of designs and identifying user experience problems and potential solutions through common notes.

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

Wevo has done a wonderful job with allowing me to best understand our website visitors, and what motivates them on a website. I love the fact that we can simply use a mock-up, instead of spending time on the development of a webpage to run tests. 

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

Sometimes the tests can take quite a bit of time to complete. Sometimes up to 3 weeks. 

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now best understand how our users interact with our website. Conversion rates have seen significant improvements.

WEVO is great to get honest opinions about users experience in key demographics.

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

In some instances, users are not able to click onto another page from the test page and it'd be nice to see that and how users interact with the clicking of different elements.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving usability problems with WEVO and have benefited greatly on what A/B tests to run for a better user experience for our audience.

WEVO's team is incredibly knowledgeable not only of the testing process, but also they've provided us with guidance specifically related to our industry which has been incredibly helpful as we identify changes to enhance our digital experience.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are hoping to improve our digital experience and increase conversions; while we haven't implemented any changes yet, we've gone through several iterations of testing and are getting closer to the final and best version of our page design.

I like that we are able to submit mockups to get users feedback before moving forward with taking an updated page live.

I don't like some of the limitations with how pages are viewed for feedback

We are able to solve what aspects of a webpage are most helpful and should be highlighted or what is not that useful or used and can be removed

**What do you like best about WEVO?**

I like how easy it is to set up a test, and I like great the WEVO team is to work with. I like how it combines quantitative and qualitative feedback. 

**What do you dislike about WEVO?**

I wish we had a few more features and capabilities in the platform. I would like to test a variety of "second clicks" after the first page.

**What problems is WEVO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some times we are unsure where to start when it comes to A/B testing, and WEVO provides a good place to start.
