From the onset, Western Computer demonstrated a profound understanding of D365 FSCM. Their proven approach ensured the successful implementation within our operations. Their team's expertise was evident in every phase of the implementation process, showcasing their deep knowledge and proficiency in the field.
Moreover, the level of dedication and responsiveness exhibited by their team was truly commendable. They were proactive in addressing challenges, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring minimal disruption while providing significant process improvements. As with any long term project, personnel changes and assigning new resources was somewhat disruptive. Two key members of the implementation team remained throughout the entire project. The Project Manager, Warehouse Management consultant were replaced in the middle of the project. Although, I would add the replacements were just as good if not better than the original resource. The breadth and depth of institutional knowledge has been a consistently impressive feature. I have not worked with anyone who acted unprofessionally or was in over his head. The best thing tWC did was to create a Customer Service Agreement with us for a flat monthly fee, so that we didn't need to battle over large billables for fixes we didn't feel were our fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside, in my opinion, is that we believed we were receiving an ERP that was designed specifically for the wine trade, meaning that we wouldn't need to worry about the out of the box functionality and our need for customization would be minimal. The truth is that BC Wine Trade is not intuitive enough and it requires a lot of tinkering to get it dialed in. WC didn't initially deliver what we were promised and it has taken 18 months to fix numerous issues that shouldn't have occurred. We still have a few things to work out but we're feeling like we might finally be at the end of the tunnel of problem solving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
