Western Computer is approachable, consistent, support is highly knowledgeable and invested in learning your business. Some Microsoft partners will shoot down development or modification ideas, while Western Computer team is open to listening to the business case and providing their recommendation. Western Computer could improve service offerings for F&O Testing. Microsoft is releasing new versions and quality of life updates often, as a result testing can become a challenge for F&O admins. Testing becomes especially important with customizations. Rather than submitting support tickets, it would great if Western Computer could keep track of their customization, code changes and proactively test inbound updates by account.
