What I like best is their willingness to adapt and meet us where we are in terms of technology and understanding. They engage a lot of resources on large projects and every one of them demonstrates a high-level of platform expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can come up with in terms of something to dislike was the fact that early phases of the project felt a little disjointed with CE workshops and F&SCM workshops happening separately which cause some duplicaton in requirements early on. Alan L. has been extremely crucial for me and my team to ensure a smooth transition to Business Central. While the ride has not been without its bumps, Alan’s patience, guidance and general cheerfulness has been incredible. He works through all the problems one by one and ensures not only that we solve it but that we understand what happened and what we need to fix for any future issues that may arise. Personally, I am particularly glad I had Alan as my guide for this migration, he has provided me with sanity checks when most needed and provided a kind ear when some venting on the process was required. The migration was no small feat, and I am glad he was there and will continue to be there (for a little while) for us after the migration is complete.
