What is helpful for me is you can clock in & out, check off completed tasks, add notes for next caregiver and family members of patients. Also it shows date, time, location, and important information on patients. It works with Google maps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a place to keep personal notes, like code for doors, locks, and gates. Also it doesn't add up your hours for the pay period. Other than those few things that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good scheduling and billing. It gets the basics done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many parts that are incomplete with Wellsky. From obtaining reports that are incomplete or missing data to reports that can only be run quarterly, to support that adds "enhancement requests" for basic fixes that never happen, this platform is an absolute joke for the amount of money we pay each month. Need to file a cost report? Good luck getting the information you need. I'd never recommend them. They are a money pit. Go elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to like about this Careport/Wellsky interface as they continually attempt to force users into their subscription based login by refusing to verify valid Captcha entries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unethical business practices. Occasional users should not be forced into paid subscriptions by misuse of the Captcha verification system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The WellSky integration with Hireology is particularly helpful because it allows us to bring caregivers on board in a way that is seamless. When we advance one candidate on Hireology, the platforms work together to ensure that all information is transferred over. Additionally, it is particularly helpful that the system allows you to track information about candidates and hires and keep old candidates in the system for future reference even when they are no longer with our agency. Another feature that's really helpful is the ability for WellSky to recognize when another candidate is using the same cell phone number and automatically prompts the user to jump to his/her profile. This saves a tremendous amount of time as it prevents duplicate entries if a candidate provides a different last name or there is a spelling error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there's anything in particular that I dislike about the integration between WellSky and Hireology. Occasionally, when a caregiver is declined from Hireology, they are not removed from the WellSky platform, which is annoying but it doesn't happen every time. When it does, however, it creates more work for me as I have to manually go through both the Hireology and the WellSky platform to ensure that both are consistent with one another. Additionally, the Hireology platform is unable to fill in the city on WellSky when the caregiver is transferred. This would be a feature that I would love to see implemented as it would save me a tremendous amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to manage both clients as well as caregivers, from prospects to current for both. You can easily keep track of communication lines and what coworkers have done, and how they have reached out to them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can become confusing when you are trying to input a prospect, and it is someone you have communicated with in the past. The system does not always tell you if it is a duplicate until you have input all of their information and cannot contact them since the system blocks duplicate numbers for texting purposes. You then have to search in the inactive field to see if you can find this person and merge the two or delete the duplicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, there is not much I can say that is positive. I will leave it at that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's antiquated and glitchy. There is no automatic save, and data is lost on a daily basis making note rewriting a common occurrence. It has a tendency to randomly kick you out and/or sign you out without warning. It will not alert you if you are signed out until you try to save and then since you can't, you lose all the data. Lately, the pages won't even load and get stuck in a repeat loop trying to load the page with nothing ever coming up and no option to click on anything. The template for visit notes is not streamlined. Text boxes hold limited amounts of information and do not format (i.e. paragraphs, indents, spaces between lines, etc.) It is redundant with information being written and repeated in multiple places instead of auto-populating, which also leaves room for error if you do not check all these places to be sure you are saying the same exact thing. The email option is awful, it does not group emails on the same subject together and it is hard to keep track of the flow of information when multiple people are responding. You can only attach 1 document at a time, making it very tedious when multiple items need to be shared. It is awful and makes the process of writing a note an extremely stressful daily event. It is unacceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wellsky has a great friendly team to help with any issues you have along the way. Whether it be home health or hospice, the team is always there to guide you through if you run into any problems or cannot figure something out on your own. In my cases, it is typically user error, but the support team is always willing and able to find the mistakes I have made and point me in the correct direction to fix them. I can't say that I dislike anything with the software specifically, but in rare times, the software slows, and you cannot access some MHR's for a brief time, but those cases are far and few between and rarely happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User friendly, especially for the clinicians that are out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they could be more tabs open simultaneously, and I do not have to switch back and forth between patients, doctors, orders, etcetera. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is self explanatory and easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that corporate can decide who has access to certain features. I'm a home health sales rep and there are things that could be useful to me that is restricted access. I wish everything was accessible to everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
