We chose ClearCare in our first year of business while we were attending our annual franchisee conference. The representatives were so helpful and took the time to explain every aspect of using the program. We were not very big at the time but we were growing quickly. Since implementing ClearCare 2 years ago our business has more than doubled and we have been able to keep things organized and maintain proper contact with clients, caregiver, referral sources, and prospects through setting reminders in the system. Through the care finder we have been able to keep proper documentation for shifts offered and declined so we can fight unemployment claims.
Customer Service is amazing. Not only has almost every question I have needed answered easy to find in the knowledge tab but if my question is not easily answered there I can email the support team and get a response within 24 hours. Because the system is still growing we have run into some times when the system is down and though this can be extremely frustrating the support team always communicates with us right away and works hard to get it up and running again. I have never noticed it down for more than a 15 minutes.
The on boarding was very simply and quick. Though we were pretty small at the time so the transfer of clients wasn't hard, I don't know how it would have been with more clients but we were very happy with the support and responsiveness when we ran into problems.
We would not be able to operate our business as effectively if it weren't for ClearCare. Every morning when I sign onto my computer I open my email and ClearCare and those are the 2 main windows I always have open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One function that is fairly simple and should be added to the main page reflecting the list of caregivers is a section that would show if the caregiver is live in or hourly. I have told ClearCare for years that they should add this and it doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do but they still haven't done it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WSPC has many features that can help push your business forward: customizable reports, anayltics that you can create to the KPI's that are important to you and then schedule those reports. In addition to that you can cusotmize each profile to easily be able to find people in your system that match your current needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Updating information can sometimes be clunky as there is no way to do a mass import of information independently. There can be a slowdown when y ou are trying to grab historically information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy keeping up with my employee's time and payroll in an easy-to-utilize format. For example, by using the tag function, I can view all of my drivers' times from a single location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our company has different divisions that utilize WellSky for various functions. I would like to see a more transportation-centric area as those needs differ from those of a home care or day center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best feature is the notifications that remind us when our caregiver's certifications, training or IDs are expiring or when they miss their clock-ins. I love how easily accessible the WellSky Personal Care app is. It is very user-friendly and simple to use. I think that the app is easy to understand and very straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that the WellSky Personal Care app can be a little tricky with some locations that are registered, so maybe finding a way to strengthen the signal for tracking the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's all in one - scheduling, billing, profiles about clients and caregivers. I like the use of tags, being able to adjust hours, being able to send out Carefiners on open shifts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ClearCare mobile app is extremely simple to use, it features a scrolling list of all your appointments and the requirements for each one. It allows fingerprint login which is great for caregivers as they need to access the app multiple times a day. There are a few other features of the app including the ability to request hours and view open shifts. You are easily able to request more work for your time off, if it is available. The app requires the use of GPS for tracking the caregivers location in relation to the patient. Sometimes the GPS shows that you are 30-40 meters away when you are inside the residence.
