I love the simple dashboard that listed out everything so that I can easily operate from my backend. It is easy to know where to upload videos, where to edit headlines, which step you are in, and all the analytics stat!!! The critical thing to understand about the WebinarKit suit is that WebinarKit Live product differs from their WebinarKit product. Their WebinarKit product is for your evergreen webinar recordings, and as you can imagine, the WebinarKit Live product is for live webinars. At first, I was a little disappointed that the WebinarKit product did not include the live option. I have spent A LOT of time and money using other webinar platforms. Many of the features and benefits start to run together as they are all competing with each other.

I want to discuss the WebinarKit product first. The price point for this product cannot be beaten! As a small business owner, finding a product with an excellent price point and an option to purchase a lifetime license is at the top of my priority list, and this product delivers on both. It's clear that the designers of this product are not only amazing SaaS designers, but they are true marketers! They get what we are doing because they are doing it themselves.

Next, let's discuss WebinarKit Live. This product has everything you would expect to have for a live webinar. What sold me on their live webinar product was their pricing and the number of participants allowed in each webinar for the three tiers. I had to learn this the hard way using other webinar live platforms. All of the other webinar platforms have strict limits in their starter plans. When researching the different webinar live products, pay close attention to the number of participants/webinar, AND the length of each webinar can last. Some of the platforms only offer 60 min. Webinars in their starter plans. My webinar is about 90 minutes. WebinarKit Live offers the most bang for your buck with an impressive starter package boasting 100 participants/webinar with no ridiculous webinar time limits.

The one CON is the lack of integrations with some WordPress plugins. I see this "con" being remediated pretty quickly as the developers are aggressively setting these up, and I have found a solution using Pabbly and Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had tried other webinar platforms but everythings had monthly costs associated with it, at that time I found WebinarKit. I loved it, it is so cool, the chat feature is great too. It's straightforward to use, and you have everything you can ask for in a webinar experience. To mention Stefan Ciancio, is doing his best to answer all queries, There is an aspect to setting something up once, and having it working for you. I do not see any drawbacks to this software at this time.

It is worth pointing out to prospective users who are inexperienced that they will need to provide their own video content in order to make use of this software. It does not have an in-platform content maker but there are plenty of providers of screencast services and editing tools for mobile phones that one can make use of. Simply upload your video to Webinarkit and make use of the simple tool to turn your video into an on-demand webinar.

As a Real Estate teacher, I needed a system where I can create live and non-live webinars for my students. I tried using YouTube but the platform is too distracting plus my students get bombarded with ads from my competitors, and who wants that, right? I came across WebinarKit and decided to give it a chance. So far is one of the best decisions I have made when it comes to sharing content with my students. I can create Webinars, create ads for webinars, and use those to add more subscribers, overall is one of the best, easiest-to-use systems I have found, and believe me, I have tried a lot of them. I needed to add webinars to my marketing strategy and picked Webinarkit to do it. I can't be happier with it. It's really easy to use, guiding you step by step to have it live. The features I love the most is that you can schedule different dates for the webinars or do just in time when needed. I would have liked if WebinarKit could have been linked to a payment processor to allow clients to offer paid webinars if desired. Would also be nice to be able to automatically link WebinarKit to a CRM or Email Marketing Tool (e.g. MailChimp) so that registrants can continue to be nutured consistently and continuously long after they have watched the webinar.
