I am a Webinarkit pro user, as basic version lacs video hosting feature. In Pro version, video can be uploaded on Webinarkit platform without any need of an external video hosting provider.

The Dashboard is basic, which could be improved. The look and feel of the Dashboard is the only place, where improvement can be made. Everything else is good. I use both the WebinarKit Live and Pro editions. They work well together. They both share the ease of use and I was able to get started quickly. I especially appreciate the auto-record feature of the Live software. Once recorded, I can upload it to the pro account and use it as an evergreen webinar. It's pretty good software overall. There could be some more bells and whistles found in the bigger webinar platforms. Dislike would be a strong word. I would love for WebinarKit Analytics to show the city and country that users are registering and watching my webinar from. This way, I can segment the data by location and do cool stuff like run more ads in areas performing better and decrease my ads in areas not performing as well.

I would have also loved having Twilio directly integrated so I could use my phone numbers and SMS to send out reminders to those who signed up for my webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was able to set things up, without really spending hours watching training videos. There were a couple of things I didn't get right away, but it was easy to find out and work it out. Therefore no high-tech skills are needed and anyone can use it I think. Easy to follow steps. Easy also to upgrade to other accounts. some wording or missing descriptions, such as toggling? I think it is better to use like enable or disable or switch on/off, and perhaps a bit more description of what some functions are for, or alternatively, add a short link to a video explaining the best way to use it.

When I purchased the basic KIT it is sufficient but it was not clear to me where the videos will be stored, and only after I found out that I need the PRO account to store them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flow for building an automated webinar makes a lot of sense, and one can have a working webinar within minutes (assuming that one already has a video of the webinar content already done). The signup templates are easy to edit and look decent without lot of fuss. One doesn't need to download webinar software to view a webinar, as it will work in the browser. Webinarkit supports desktop and mobile browsers, doing the right thing based on the device's size. Webinarkit has an affiliate program as well to allow revenue sharing. When viewing a webinar, one still has to click or tap on a button on the screen to get the audio to play - likely more of a restriction of browsers than Webinarkit itself (and probably an acceptable price to have to pay not to have to download webinar client software). The ease to setup a webinar even in more than one session. There are several options to customization a webinar. You can use plenty of video hosting services like YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Amazon...

My native language is spanish, so I gotta configurate each email in spanish every time I setup a new webinar, one by one session. It's kind of laborious to do it. Would be desirable to have the option to choose the email languages in webinar o webinar series.

- I loved how easy it is to create automated webinars and how it guides you through each of the steps.

- You can do it almost without help since everything is explained in the buttons.

- I loved the lifetime payment option so I don't have to deal with monthly payments that drain my wallet as an entrepreneur.

- It's practical and simple to use, and you can use templates for registration, sending follow-up emails, etc.

Perhaps for some other extra features you have to pay extra, but I think it's still worth it as it is. However, the essential, that is, the basics, you have in a single payment and you can use it like that. The best part is that the price is still very affordable and given that it is for life. The solution delights me with its simplicity. It is very intuitive. Like most people, I don't like reading descriptions of commands. Here, there are exactly as many as you need to schedule your automated webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

And the disadvantage and advantage at the same time is that here is a downright spartan interface. It is very poor. At the beginning, an almost empty window is displayed. People who are familiar with other solutions feel a bit lost at first. But after defining the first webinar, it turns out that this much is enough to quickly define both the scope and the entire description of even an elaborate webinar or a whole series.
