As a designer, I love that I have complete freedom in Webflow to build almost anything, it makes it also super easy for our clients to scale their website without having to hire developers thanks to components, we basically built custom library of components for sections, layouts, and others that clients can repurpose to create more pages very quickly. For the last 2 years, everything is super focused on Enterprise level, the community has been left behind and the partner program is basically a sales program for Webflow where us partners are focused more on getting points that delivering quality projects, this is the reason we're going to lose our premium badge, as our projects have been more demanding, while other companies produce websites very quickly and will get more points sadly, so it feels that currently is all about numbers. Speed and empowerment is the best way to describe what, the are too many factors, but ultimately with most systems that try to visualise code or make the web more accessible the becomes a trade off, be it accessibility, more complex features, code quality.. the list goes on, but for the most part webflow doesn't make those compromises its allows teams to move at pace while still aligning with modern website needs.

Webflow is incredibly versatile and works well for no-code development, but it also allows you to add custom code if you want to push beyond the platform's built-in capabilities. The platform has become rather expensive, leading some clients to switch to more affordable options like Wix or Squarespace. Additionally, the CMS and the editor can be quite buggy at times, which has caused some tension with a few clients. Recently there has been a lot of issues for developpers too, nothing saving, CMS items disappearing, not able to publish, not able to load other pages in the designer mode. As an agency, what we value most is how Webflow bridges creativity and execution, our designers get complete freedom, our developers save time, and our clients can manage content without technical headaches. The biggest gap for us as an agency working with European clients is the lack of robust EU-based infrastructure for data hosting and compliance. While Webflow is incredibly strong on the creative and technical side, data residency and stricter privacy requirements in the EU remain a concern for enterprise-level projects. I love that is so easy to create a website with no code knowledge. I was able to create a personal website and a small blog, controlling layouts, spacing, and animations exactly how I wanted. It’s hard to contact customer support if you’re in Spain because they don’t offer service in Spanish. I paid for a subscription to publish a website, but the process was long and complicated due to issues with my payment method, and they didn’t solve it quickly. I really appreciate Webflow's easy user interface, which my entire marketing team can use, making speed-to-launch faster and impact greater as a result. Webflow has had some issues with Cloudflare this year, meaning that there were some unfortunate downtimes. This seems to be mostly resolved. Billing can also be a headache if you host multiple sites across business/enterprise plans on Webflow, since the bills aren't unified. Webflow has completely changed how I approach website design and delivery. As a designer, I always felt stuck between static mockups and relying on developers to bring my vision to life. Webflow solves that. It gives me pixel-level control to design and prototype directly in the browser while generating production-ready code.

The visual editor is powerful and intuitive once you get the hang of it, and I love how closely it mirrors CSS principles. Responsiveness is handled elegantly, and animations/interactions that would take hours in code can be done in minutes. It has also streamlined my workflow with clients—no more endless back-and-forths between Figma mockups and dev handoffs. I can build, test, and publish in one place.

That said, Webflow isn’t perfect. The learning curve is real, especially if you don’t understand CSS/box model basics. Its CMS is solid but can feel limiting if you’re working on a highly complex data-driven site. Also, pricing scales up pretty fast if you’re hosting multiple projects.
