Webflow is a terrific hub to manage multiple website builds in one place. Some standout features to me include the following: workspaces to organize projects, easy-to-use templates inside of the projects, smart and intuitive website development tools, easy ways to make your site dynamic, a wealth of helpful instruction through both Webflow itself and the experts that use it, and an understandable CMS management system built-in. I don't have a standout dislike about Webflow, but a feature I'd like to see in the future is a global CMS to be used across multiple sites. Often, we have a piece of content that we want to cross-pollinate to multiple sites easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coming from a UX design background and Figma adept, I started using Webflow over 2 years now and I feel Webflow's interface is really easy to use and understand. I use it daily and always learn new way of doing things. I love how easy it is to set up and to handover to clients. I also love that all answers are available online and there's a number of communities eager to help. It integrates with most of the known ecomm and marketing software and if not available out of the box, zapier integration is really robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It still does not support the Latin American payment gateways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webflow is the most balanced site builder I've ever used in terms of ease of use and the features that one gets in order to make a really good and functional website. Other site builders are super easy to use, but are lacking in power. Some are really powerful, but are convoluted and take a far longer time to launch. While Webflow does have a learning curve, Webflow University is second to none in terms of quality of instruction. They're really entertaining too. Sometimes I just watch the videos for the dry humor. :-D Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Webflow has not yet made advanced collaboration features available to all users. It is only available in Enterprise plans. This is really bad especially if the deadline for a project is tight and you'd need more than 1 developer working on the project at the same time. This has actually forced us to have multiple shifts, which is not ideal.
Webflow Ecommerce is also something I would not recommend. While Webflow as a site builder is second to none, their Ecommerce is lackluster. Which is why people still use way better ecom systems like Shopify. There are tools available that connect Webflow to Shopify, but I'd happily give Webflow my money if they're able to make something close.
Also, their Logic and Membership features(which they have since taken down) were a flop. Lukewarm at best. But hopefully they've learned from those and will ensure robust and competitive features that will stand the test of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How it engages the whole marketing team to contribute through website. Support team, the community and the overall the whole webflow ecosystem is amazing. Clients with desired hands-on approach we can feed their curiousity easy which is the best kind of experience when you can see the website growing the best possible way. For teams switching from wordpress and other similiar system they have it easy to adopt the new ecosystem and feel the instant value that brings and new dynamics. Integration with most of the CRMs is easy and if not, there is enough documentation and support is there help quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Slider but we shouldn't be adding them anyways! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webflow has completely transformed the way my agency designs and develops websites. Its visual development environment allows us to build highly custom, responsive websites without being constrained by templates or excessive plugins. The combination of a powerful CMS, clean code output, and interactions/animations has enabled us to deliver high-quality sites faster, while maintaining creative control. Clients also love the Editor experience, as it empowers them to manage their content with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main drawback is the cost of scaling beyond one user. As my agency grows, adding more team members to our workspace can get expensive. While the value Webflow provides is undeniable, a more flexible pricing model for teams would be a welcome improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webflow is fun to use and design in, and has everything you need. What i love the most is that you have so many ways of designing and animating without needing to know frontend development. The CMS is great and intuitive, and overall the UI is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First time I used it, i had no frontend skills, and I found it confusing and overwhelming. After learning the basics of HTML and CSS, Webflow is my holy grail and so fun and easy to use. You dont need to know frontend to name interactions and animations, but I would advice that you know the structure of a website and its elements (CSS and HTML). Having used Webflow for over 10 years, the flexibility Webflow brings - compared to other website design and development platforms - is outstanding. Once you get up to speed understanding the platform, made easy thanks to the Webflow university and helpful community, the sky nearly is the limit with what is possible. As a small B2B company, Webflow perfectly sits within our business suite. We use Webflow daily in our business and will continue to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve of Webflow can be difficult for some, along with the box model, however this is well worth it. The external features (client billing, albeit this is back, ecommerce etc) have unfortunately fallen flat sometimes and not been as considered as competitors and this external plug/play nature has been a limit of Webflow. For me, I prefer Webflow because of 3 main reasons. It has a super simple and easy to use hosting / domain connection process, much simpler than going from build to launch on WordPress and similar softwares. Two, Webflow offers more design / development flexibility and creativity than most other platforms which are either drag and drop widget builders or traditional platforms where you rely on templates or pure coding ability. Lastly, Webflow has no plugins to manage, so managing websites ongoing is extremely easy and requires zero effort other than for the content you want to add or change. One negative which isn't too important to me is it is closed-source. If you want to use Webflow, you are stuck with their ecosystem. This can be a downside especially if you exceed their business pricing plans and need to be upgraded to Enterprise pricing (not advertised). This has never happened to me or any of my clients though and I can't see a scenario where it would for the standard builds we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webflow is continuously updating their features to allow us to create better sites at a faster pace. Their dedicated support team consistently goes above and beyond—even in situations that fall outside their usual scope of assistance.
Becoming a Webflow partner and now enterprise agency has been one of the best decisions we've ever made as a company. It's completely changed our lead flow and the community of users, clients, and developers couldn't be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would say I dislike about Webflow is the ecommerce. We find ourselves shifting to Shopify or trying to utilizing third party integrations to build in Webflow and migrate to Shopify but it's not as seamless as I would like it to be. Once they allow a full integration with Shopify or amp their ecommerce game, there won't be another platform I'll recommend to a client or friend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webflow has set the bar high in the world of web design and development. It's rare to see a platform with such a regular cadence of improvements, ensuring users are always at the cutting edge of web design technology. The product team prioritizes user feedback and continuously works on refining the platform. Updates are not only thoughtful optimizations that improve performance, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience, but they are also able to be seamlessly adopted without disrupting existing projects. They quickly release new features and fix bugs and it’s very reassuring knowing that the product is constantly evolving. The level of consistency and innovation they bring to the table is something truly remarkable in the tech world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like all things about Webflow, it is the pillar of our entire business model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who is trained as a UX designer, getting to learn Webflow couldn't have been more straightforward as its interface is perfect for anyone who would have been used to working with design tools such as Figma and in particular, designers who are familiar with auto-layout.
Customer support has also been great. When I have encountered any issues, the support team have been quick to get back to me to solve what was wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many issues that I have came across have been addressed in updates. Primarily, these issues have regarded localisation. One outstanding localisation issue is that I cannot lock content editors to specific locales which has caused problems in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
