What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Good range to answer long distance calls from the comfort of my business phone, all calls are hosted in the Webex cloud, very useful to keep a good history. Security at all times as phone calls are encrypted, at all times I feel protected, the interface is very corporate, calls are of good quality and everything works very well within Webex. What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

I have no complaints about this tool, the truth is that the calls are of great quality, the only serious consideration is that I do not consider it useful for very small companies, it is preferable to answer traditional phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?

We implemented this tool for long distance calls with clients, it is a good tool to keep a directory of all the corporations we manage, it is also a very complete tool for meetings, group calls, we are very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex?

We use Webex in our organization to communicate with our peers. It helps us organize and create tasks and be able to connect with one another at ease. The app has a great easy interface and allows you to have a flow of communication within your company . You can share files, messages and even search back in history of the chat by using keywords. What do you dislike about Webex?

I notice Webex can help you communicate better within your team at work and allows you to be more transparent. There wasn't much downside of using Webex , the only thing is if you're using Webex and want to have the communication on other devices you must install the app on each device as this is not cloud based. What problems is Webex solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of communication and connectivity, it allows you to get a hold of peers quicker for a more timely response . What do you like best about Webex Calling?

ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

Webex calling is still lacking some useful features as compared with CUCM/CUC including Unified Messaging, ability to see call status of shared lines in the Webex App and a few others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution. What do you like best about Webex?

For me Webex Suite stands out for its simplicity, I enjoy the screen sharing functionality, the security features that bolster privacy and data management, the easy to navigate interface, and the audio and video quality that make meetings and video conferences really nice. What do you like best about Webex?

The scaleability, ease of use and features the platform provides. We use WebEx 2-3 times a month for our monthly corporate meetings that has over 2-300 users logged in at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex?

The main thing I don't like about WebEx is when they push out MAJOR updates to the GUI and don't give you a heads-up! I've been using their software for over 10 years now and still to do this day I can't share my screen and get rid of all toolbars and icons from the screen. Meaning the 2nd monitor (which is a projector in our main conference room) that I'm sharing in the meeting with our slide show always has a toolbar or icon in a way that I can't get rid of!!! What do you like best about Webex Calling?

It is easy and practical. I love the voice filters. After 2020 pandemia we work mainly at home where are normal home noises and with that filters we can have high quality calls.

Many times the home internet is not the best, but with the codec and the AI the communications is greate. The chats it very practical and it greate that we can chat with other users ( free account ). We use chat, reunion, calls, spaces day by day. Very hepful can handle the wsebex app on cel phone, computer and othere devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

work like a team in a desentraliced mode. We work home office but we keep everyntg on control with liberty. Before webex we had many problems with the communication. We had noise, drop calls, we can not hear our customer and they also can hear us. Now that problem is only a bad memory. The facilities about IVR and ACD are very good. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Webex calling became my go to software for all my meetings with my clients overseas and with my employees as well. I love it so much that now i encourage people to use it for every virtual conference call. You can easily share screen with your clients while explaining or demonstrating anything easily. Also it comes with automated attendance feature so i don't have to manually check who attended the meeting. I can even easily share files on chat to a single person or a group while on a call with instant messaging feature so i don't have to mail everyone separately. It's very easy and convenient for me to use webex calling and if i ever face any issues with the software i can contact webex support, they're fast and quick in resolving any problem I'm facing and respond very quickly to my questions. What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

Personally i haven't found anything that i don't like about webex calling. It's best video conferencing software for me out there. It proved very beneficial and hassle-free for me and my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to move what we could to the cloud to eliminate the need to maintain on-premise hardware. Moving to Webex Calling eliminated the administration and overhead of servers.
