WebAssist eCart has completely obstruccted my business. The less user friendly interface and non intuitive design make it difficult to handle my e commerce website. I have been using eCart for over 10 years and have got accustomed to it and it was the best when I started Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the pricing. To get a database set up in eCart it costs you an extra $400. I also dislike the fact that there are not keyboard shortcuts to adding items to the cart.
