There wasn't much documentation about how to share reports with other users, which left us a bit in the wind. It was a minor inconvenience at best, but using an alias is exactly the solution we needed. We have experienced a few times where our automated reports became disconnected and stopped sending, but we aren't aware that it's happened until we usually have a client that brings it to our attention. I like their customer service that guided me through their platform and helped me understand on how to make the most out of webceo. A lot of support throughout the process and you really can ask for help with anything. Great for beginners as the platform is very clear and easy to use. I like their competition research tool. I don't have much negative to say about them yet. Maybe instructions for suggested fixes could be clearer (how they should be implemented) for beginners but it is the same with most other seo tool providers as this is a very technical field anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The depth of technicals is not stellar. While it's very good, it's just not the very best when it comes to the highest levels of analytical research for very technical people. It has a lot of features, comparable to SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz, which I have used before. But the price is affordable for an ecommerce entrepeneur trying to build the organic rankings and increase organic visiblity (while decreasing ad spend). That's the reason I couldn't go back to the others mentioned. They just cost too much, and I get the same things here. I have worked with webceo tools on and off for over 15 years. I cant say enough good things about them and the quality of their tools and support team. I love that they answer fast, always help and make it remarkably easy to work and understand what can sometimes be very complex. Setting up the tool is extremely easy and fast.
