I have tried other platforms, and although they offer some similar options, the support and pricing alone is worth using WebCEO over the other services. WebCEO offers an intuitive interface to easily jump between Keyword Research, Suggestions, Rank Checking, On-Page Analysis and advanced reporting features that allow you to automate processes to streamline and save time. We can quickly analyze a site, offer suggestions to our clients and then provide a solution faster than we have done before. I am still learning some of the new features which are extremely useful for our service. My clients appreciate the detailed reporting and analysis that the software offers. Chat is available during business hours and always answer our questions in a timely manner. There is a little learning curve when you first start using the software but that is quickly rectified by the help docs and blog on the WebCEO website. WebCEO was initially slow to convert to an all-online service or SAAS solution over other vendors who quickly understood the importance of an online only system. This allowed WebCEO to create a perfect online software that emulated their desktop software. The desktop software was supported for a very long time and I think it still is but I ended up converting to the online solution for more options and benefits of the software. WebCEO offered me discounts for upgrading to the online version and was very helpful with our transition. We easily imported our projects from the antiquated desktop version into the online system. This shows me site rankings for all my keywords, competitor traffic, technical audit summary, competitor link profiles, backlinks, toxic backlinks, and social citations. Almost every report shows improvements in green, not change in grey and potential problems in red. I can click on any red items and decide right there whether or not to take action. This report is a great time saver. **What do you dislike about Web CEO?** I find the backlink analysis frustrating. It is powered by Majestic, so I can't see the backlinks from Google console. Since those are the ones I'm interested in figuring out whether or not to disavow, I have to ask WebCEO to crawl them. They, in turn, ask Majestic to add them... which takes too much time and effort. It is so simple to track keywords, including your "top" keywords, your rankings on each keyword across different search engines, along with the ranking of each of your landing pages and whether there are any issues with your pages. I still do not know why this is an issue but the results do not correspond with local browser searches sometimes keywords are off by 2 places, some are way off by 8-10 places. This causes an issue with client who think they are in a certain position but they are really some other position. Support has said its Google algorithm changes but i know its not. The only way to get accurate local results is to use an offline rank checker such as CuteRank and you will get almost %100 accurate results as its not going through any proxy servers. This i believe is part of the problem with WebCEO that is also a problem for almost any SAAS Rank Tracker, ive tried about 10 they all give different results. 3) The main projects dashboard can get very cluttered when you have multiple projects i think some time needs to be taken on the main dashboard to present the data better 4) The cost is rather high and can get out of hand, for example Rank tracking once a day every day in a month is expensive compared to other saas services. Most saas services charge by a keywords, where WebCEO charge more on how many times you do rank checking. There is also a charge per project per month. When you calculate it all it does come out to be rather expensive when compared to similar products **Recommendations to others considering Web CEO:** I believe you will be happy with the software, i would recommend you take a good look and see how rank tracking works for you. The rank tracking is one of the most accurate I've found to date. Moz is the only other tool that I've used that's as accurate. Unfortunately Moz is feature handicapped to the point of being unusable for our purposes. What inspired me to write this review is their YouTube rank tracking and the support I received. Their Google/Yahoo/Bing search tracking was great, but their YouTube tracking only reported the profile URL of the video that was ranking instead of the actual video URL. This was useless for us. I asked them if it was possible to do what we wanted and they informed me it was not. So we went searching for another tool to track YouTube rankings. Just yesterday they emailed to tell me they implemented that functionality in their YouTube rank tracker. Awesome! Because we still have yet to find a tool that does the relatively simple things we need. Another useful tool for us was the tracked link tool which allows our team to monitor new back links to the site and make sure the metrics of these links stay consistent. **What do you dislike about Web CEO?** The back link tracking tool would be made easier if there was a way to simply view all back links to the site, then click a check box to which links a user would like to have monitored. The social tool could have more information, possibly showing which posts have the most engagement? **Recommendations to others considering Web CEO:** This is a great software to have all monitoring information in one location.
