It enables us to make the most of all the social media posts surrounding our charity project "Wichtelchallenge". Lots of people post as they fulfill wishes of people in need on our social media channels. Walls.io helps us to display all the posts nicely and it's super easy. It's a tool which enables to actively participate, involve and share experiences - a great tool to push objectives on internal activation.

It would be useful to have a pre-set to design my walls with one click, rather than doing it over and over again. Perhaps it already exists, but in that case I'm not aware of that.
Sometimes I have the feeling that we lack the knowledge of the possibilities within walls.io, it would be great if there would be more frequently information shared about best practices of other customers or a newsletter with (new functionalities) and/or trainings. One area where Walls.io could improve is in moderation, particularly when dealing with duplicate or excessive content coming in. Navigating and resolving these duplicates can sometimes be tricky, especially for larger social walls. They have a very good service in case you have any issues. Whenever you have questions or need some advice, they are always there to help you. Also very proactive to let you know if they see any issues that need to be addressed.

The support from Walls.io is excellent, and individual needs are addressed superbly. Additionally, we received a detailed introduction to the technical features with moderation options for the posts ahead of our planned #MeinBogenhausen campaign (starting October 14th). On-site, we only need the social wall as a display on the touch screen, and it should not lead to the original source - Instagram. For this, Walls.io provides us with a social wall that meets this requirement.
We greatly appreciate that Walls.io allows interested parties to participate in the campaign via the integrated QR code without a social media account. The posts are approved by us through moderation.

Extensive set of tools to use during a conference. The ability to track multiple platforms and distill these to one wall is excellent , additionally the moderation tools including keyword check, comment moderation etc is super helpful in keeping the wall from being hijacked.

The digital wall is able to do moderations, votings (reactions), direct posts (especially when the API from IG is not working that well for video posts to retain the videos), we have that alternative way to input posts to the digital wall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having the reactions as voting on the wall is very useful, however if we want to let relative and friends to help to vote, there is no direct way to do that, as the reactions mechism is not within that detail page of that posts on the digitial wall, users has to scroll through the wall to find those particular post(s), this improvement can really help for user experiences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
