Their support system is severly lacking. They all of a suddent stopped being able to offer the service to us, no notice, no warning. They left us scrambling to find new vendors. When we asked them about it they said they might be able to fix it with no timeline or specifics. After pushing them for more of a response they essentially stopped responding. The Cloud Phone interface made it easy for us to create a new number and add the extensions we needed.

The biggest issue I've run into is when trying to "Add a Call" to the line. On my android phone, from the Cloud Phone mobile app, I am only given the option to choose from existing contacts. I wish I had the ability to type in the phone number I wanted to add. This is a recurring problem, because as a business we are constantly calling numbers that are not in our saved contacts list.
