What do you like best about Vonage Business Communications?

One of the challenges of being an administrator for a small company is that any change you make can have a significant impact, either positive or negative, with long-lasting repercussions. My company had been using the same call-center model and technology for the past ten years and was in desperate need of modernization.

When we reached out to Vonage, we were extremely impressed with the communication and dedication of their sales staff, which ultimately led us to choose Vonage.

The support didn't stop there. We were assigned a Project Manager, Roosevelt, who stayed with us from the moment the agreement was signed all the way through to our launch.

One of the most impressive moments was when Roosevelt had us configure our future production environment in a training class style, making it incredibly easy to understand the platform.

Roosevelt was present throughout the entire "Go-Live" day, and his dedication ensured that we had a near-flawless launch experience.

All in all, after a year of sales, technical design, discussions, and project management, the launch of a call center supporting over 90,000 customers was completed in just a couple of hours with no downtime or impact on our partners or their subscribers.

You couldn't ask for a smoother transition from an on-premise call center to Vonage's cloud call center. I wish all my projects were this smooth and had vendors that were this easy to communicate and work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Business Communications?

I have nothing negative to say about sales or support staff. There are some some bugs in the software that require some workarounds but i'm confidient that support will get them fixed.

The chat system seems like it is in its infancy, missing some features that are found in other solutions but i'm cofident that has the product develops that these features will be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small company, with very few employees. This product allows us to deliver a enterprise-grade solution without the cost of managing hardware, software or needing extra personnel to administer the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vonage Business Communications?

I love that vonage does all of the things that you need it to do - in the sense of calling, hold, mute/hold and answer, transferring blind or even to voicemail, text messages and more. It seems to be able to do everything I can think would be needed from the phone system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vonage Business Communications?

I dislike that sometimes the phone has a weird connection and will either delay in alerting me of a call coming through OR the call will not come through at all, I look down and have a missed call. What do you like best about Vonage Business Communications?

Esy to empliment, Best Customment support, Recenly Vonage has added the user group that is helping me generate the teamwise report.

Vonage also provide the integartion with the ATS that is ease of use.

Vonage provide your phone number chage fasility. I also like the vonage user interface. Voice quwality is the good. Vonage also provide teams meetings. Voange is frequent to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Call Management, Vonage solving the user call reporting problem, It also integrate with MS teams app to make call, Vonage provide auto recipient that reduce the recipient effort. What do you like best about Vonage Business Communications?

This voice quality of calls and instant web conference option makes it far better than its competitors, moreover there is an option through which you can connect wiith the people within the company via text, calls or even web call as well. Firstly it provides direct web conference option which will help in create a web conference link immdiately without using any 3rd party app. Text , Voice all and conference option always works perfectly. What do you like best about Vonage Business Communications?

Its reports, features, HD calling, Application and web app, everything is nice, have a great and optimised versions for desktop, mobile and laptop.

Feature of texting is good.

Tracking of call records in various terms is really good. reports are really good

Texting features are also good.

Vonage can be integrated with Your ATS system, which is a really good part and click to call makes it easier for members to call the people directly from the portal, which is really very easy.

Implemention or deployement of devices are also amazing.

I am using it very frequently may be 30-40 times a day.

• I like using Vonage as I enjoy high quality voice and video calls.

• Speed of text is very high.

• I get unlimited international calls to over 60 countries at best minimum rate.

• Easy to assign contacts and extension to users.

• User- interface is very easy to understand, even a beginner can use it without any guidance.

• There is no limit of calls and messages.

• I get unlimited calls and messages that too international.

• It is very reliable in terms of business purpose.

• Security is very high and provides privacy as well.

• It is also good for large business purpose as it provides high volume call .

• I have found their customer support very slow in terms of responsiveness and takes long time to solve the issue.
