What do you like best about VolunteerMark?

The front and back end are easy to use especially for the volunteers. Making it more accessible for volunteers allows for quicker communication. Also, the navigation is easy to use making it even more accessible for the volunteers. Furthermore, the customer service is very good, have quick responses and reach out very quickly to solve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VolunteerMark?

The syncing function isn't as easy to use making it more difficult to share and collaborate on information. I think even though it is easy to use a lot of the functions are still very simple and isn't automated as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VolunteerMark:

I would recommend playing around and taking a tour possibly watching videos or tutorials of users using VolunteerMark. If you are looking for a new platform definitely try it out, it's definitely helpful in the non-profit sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VolunteerMark solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to use for non-technical workers to use. Also, the system makes it very easy to track hours and communicate with volunteers more quickly in comparison to other softwares. The business problem that needed to be solved was to make it easier for the users and for the workers dealing with the volunteers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VolunteerMark?

I love cloud platforms, and the structure of this makes this very easy to gather data from one source to another, especially when out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VolunteerMark?

It can be clunky for volunteers to use, not to mention many may feel that it is intrusive into their privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VolunteerMark:

If you're a tech heavy NPO, with volunteers who will engage with apps for contact, this is a great program. We already have our own platform, plus most of our volunteers like to use their emails instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VolunteerMark solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers an in depth and somewhat easy to use program for nonprofit workers, especially in the religious sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VolunteerMark?

We have been impressed with the ease of use and navigation. It is definitely a program that you can navigate without too much difficulty. It allows for easy data entry of volunteer demographics, hours and other related information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VolunteerMark?

We wish that it synced better with our other software programs, as most non-profits know how difficult it is to get various software components that cover volunteer management, development, marketing needs, and so on and so forth. Having the capability to share information between volunteers and development, etc. more easily can help the non-profit organization overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VolunteerMark solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to manage 500+ volunteers. This system has allowed us to track hours and reach volunteers much more easily than prior databases and volunteer software. We find it much more easy to navigate than the prior volunteer management software options we have used in the past. Also, we have found the technical support to be very useful. What do you like best about VolunteerMark?

Ease of signing up volunteers on the front and back end. The calendars are great and easy to communicate with volunteers. They have great customer service. They listen to feedback and continue to make changes to better their product. Our volunteers find it easy to use and sign up on their own or with a little guidance.
