Also, the navigation is easy to use making it even more accessible for the volunteers. Furthermore, the customer service is very good, have quick responses and reach out very quickly to solve issues. We wish that it synced better with our other software programs, as most non-profits know how difficult it is to get various software components that cover volunteer management, development, marketing needs, and so on and so forth. Ease of signing up volunteers on the front and back end. The calendars are great and easy to communicate with volunteers. They have great customer service. They listen to feedback and continue to make changes to better their product. Our volunteers find it easy to use and sign up on their own or with a little guidance.
