VoiceoverMaker can generate voiceovers for YouTube, podcasts, gaming videos, and more. Personally i found this tool as a value for money and time both. I think voiceOverMaker is designed mainly focusing enterprises, SMEs, and startups. It has an iOS app that uses neural text-to-speech technology to create realistic voices.

Although this tool is overall good but i have personally experienced poorly performed dubbing with the voice over.It cannot be used for commercial purposes as it's hard to recreate the chemistry on the voice over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very nice tool for creating popcast or videos with better voice than my own. It also has options to choose from different language speakers. The voices provided are quite natural sounding. It allows users to upload one or mutiple texts to convert to speech. The Create/Edit Video function allows users to add the saved audio/speech to the video for either popcast or youtube purposes. It does not work with all browsers. For example, it does not work on Opera. It does work on Firefox and Chrome. It has a limit of 800 characters to be transformed. It is expensive as an user will be paying for 10€ for 60,000 characters. There is no subscription option available for users with large volume of texts to be transformed. I like it's few points like:

1. Before the actual premium usage, it grants us a free tier with basic functionality not limited to a paywall.

2. It has a diverse range of voice-over languages and different voices for each language.

3. Although it has diversity in language, it also grants many other tones/voice pitches thus allowing various alternations depending on how I want to use it.

4. Overall, it's UI is easier to use and can help in repetitive usage or editing, thus having a good editor option.

5. It exports its files in .mp3 and .wav so it's easy to implement the voice-over file to the videos, script sampling, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the 800 credit points sound great, it uses 1 credit point for each character, not words but each character including the spaces, commas, periods and so on which exhausts the credit points faster.

If you don't have a premium account, then with credit exhaustion you'll be seeing lesser usage of the software unless or until you gain free credits via affiliation or get the premium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was amazed to see so many accents available for my preferred voice over language (Hindi). There are a total of around 695 voices and narrators available as yet. I often like to do my own voiceovers or have someone do them for me, but in a pinch it's helpful to have a fairly natural sounding way of having them done for you based on a script. The credit-based system means you may need to burn credits just to hear how it comes out. It's nice that you can adjust the parameters like pitch and speaking rate without burning more credits, but if you make one, even minor change to the script it costs a lot of credits! The UI is very text heavy and rather old fashioned. The synthesized output is robotic. The numbs to control speech rate and pitch behaves at a logarithmic scale and is hard to fine tune.
