What do you like best about VoiceGenie.ai?

I was really amazed to see how natural-like voices can be generated on VoiceGenie. I can create voice assistants in multiple languages. Creating and running campaigns is easy and a few clicks away on its platform. Support team is also responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceGenie.ai?

A dark mode/light mode toggle in UI could have suited me better. Other than that, I haven't come across any downside of using it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VoiceGenie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using it to answer queries related to new released clothing sections. Mostly, these contain questions that are repeated and varies with the types of clothes. It saved me a lot of time! There was a period of time when I needed to reach out to people, but didn't have the time to do so. Voicegenie.ai allowed me to accomplish my goals without having to put in a ton of extra hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoiceGenie.ai?

As good as it is, there's still no comparison to having an actual human make calls. Also, there were some words that it couldn't pronounce correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wasn't able to contact all of the people I needed to contact, simply because I was too busy. VoiceGenie.ai allowed me to ensure everyone was contacted in a timely fashion, without me having to put in too much extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They did great job in backend to train AI

Some difficult raw words can't pronounce correctly but day to day usage thumbs up to voicegenie.ai.

We can easily implement it to our system with support guidence.
