What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow has completely transformed the way we design conversational AI experiences. The platform is very intuitive, powerful, and flexible, making it easy to build and iterate on voice and chatbots without needing deep technical expertise.

What truly sets Voiceflow apart is its outstanding customer support. Their team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping users succeed. It feels like a premium support experience—rare to find in this space! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

There’s not much to dislike! If anything, I would like to see more advanced integrations, with Amazon Connect and automation features to expand the platform’s capabilities. But overall, Voiceflow is an excellent tool that continues to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Best feature of Voiceflow is ease of use and drag and drop interface. Thoughfully built controls, geared towards conversatio design and an integrated platform which brings all aspect of conversatio design, namely, design, prototype, analysis and sharing, together makes it one of the most complete conversation design tools as well.Additionally, the enthusiastic Voiceflow team which not only regularly roll out new features which are demanded by designers but provide support both in terms of documentation as well as issue fixing is one of the key aspects why Voiceflow is well liked in designer community. Voiceflow provides a 'Single source of truth' for conversation design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

One aspects which bugs me is that extracting the designs from Voiceflow as images or pdf is not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

What I like most is that the platform is very intuitive and while there is a learning curve, once you get the hang of it, you are empowered to create some really powerful applications. The support when you get stuck is great and there are plenty of resources which makes it easy to help yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow is a maturing platfrom, which has it's pros and cons. The pros is that the team is shipping new features at a rapid pace, but the downside of that there can sometimes be some unusual bugs which creep in, and on a number of occasions functionality you have built is no longer supported meaning some time is required to rebuild with the newer functionality. What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow has been a fantastic partner in improving our customer experience, thanks to their collaborative approach and commitment to meeting our needs. Unlike many chatbot vendors who prioritise selling professional services, Voiceflow empowers us to build internal expertise. This approach ensures we can independently develop new features and make ongoing improvements, giving us more control over our conversational experiences.

Their ability to act on feedback is outstanding. Voiceflow doesn’t just listen—they take action, regularly releasing updates and features that address our concerns and needs. Over the past year, they’ve introduced so many great enhancements that it’s sometimes a challenge to keep up with all the new tools we’re eager to integrate into our customer workflows.

The support Voiceflow provides is exceptional. They maintain a dedicated Discord channel for us where account managers and technical engineers quickly resolve any issues we encounter. Senior leadership is also actively involved, offering transparency into roadmaps and product design decisions, which is always appreciated. Their focus on collaboration and innovation makes them a true partner, not just a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Development of the platform is very fast, this sometimes result in bug and rework needed on client end to incorporate new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Ease of use, friendly user face, many people using it and the voiceflow community makes it extremely easy to get support when stuck on something. I personally use it everyday and i've built tons of agents already, and would honestly recommend it to everybody. To implement all it takes is just a piece of code from settings and done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The lack of options when it comes to designing the interface and the front end of the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow made our work significantly easier by eliminating the complexity of deploying a RAG, LLM, or agent. With their intuitive API, we could focus entirely on chatbot design and prompt engineering. The latter turned out to be the most demanding aspect, requiring a solid feedback loop with human and automated testing to measure accuracy, relevance, and usefulness. However, what truly stood out was their exceptional support. With bi-weekly follow-ups and their live support on Slack, the Voiceflow team was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the entire experience even smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The most challenging and time-consuming part was the prompt engineering. While it ultimately enhanced our expertise, it demanded careful, repeated testing and adjustments to achieve the desired performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Like my title says, I only need one word: awesome. Why?

Awesome software: you are able to create almost anything related to AI agents. If you are a beginner, it's very easy to start, and when you grow, you learn that there are more advanced features to take everything to the next level.

Awesome staff: I already had a few calls with different staff members. They encourage you to tell your experiences and add features to the software.

Awesome community: their Discord community is top-tier. You can get answers to all your questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

I don't have any major dislike, but if I have to name one, the pro plan has a limit of 20 agents. When you want to be able to create more agents, you need to buy the team plan. Not everyone needs more team members. I suggest adding an option to select your own maximum amount of agents and adjust the price accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Among many things I like about Voiceflow, flexibility is my top pick.

The ability to craft highly customized and bespoke AI solutions is outstanding. You have different ways to add your data to the knowledge base, different ways to consume it, primitives to build any type of integration, and more. The possibilities are endless

Another. one is how easy it is for non-technical builders to develop advanced agents

Overall, a great platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

The lack of a native integration with popular social channels like WhatsApp might be the single downside I can think of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow enables perfect planning of the communication flow between chatbot and user. It can be used as a no-code tool, but functions can also be created using Javascript, the web plugin can be customized using html, css and javascript, etc. Countless links with other tools are possible via API. The use of Open AI and Anthropic GPTs is directly integrated into the tool, as is a knowledge base that can be queried via RAG. These functions can also be customized as required (e.g. linking with open source LLMs via API etc...). What I find particularly exciting about the future developments are the functions that are currently being developed for LLM-based real-time voice chatbots. A simple Voiceflow chatbot can be set up in a few minutes and quickly integrated into a website with a plugin. This is also very motivating for complete beginners, the sense of achievement is immediate and the usefulness is quickly recognized. I therefore now use Voiceflow regularly: to build my own chatbots or chatbots for my university and also to introduce university staff and students to the topic of chatbots in practice (training, prototyping...) . What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Voiceflow has developed so quickly in recent years that the documentation sometimes can't quite keep up with the multitude of possibilities. However, there is a support chatbot and a helpful community on Discord. In the “old” Voiceflow, the classic building blocks such as intents and entities sometimes only worked to a limited extent (as with most NLP tools, intent recognition was sometimes faulty), but here too, the integration of LLMs has resulted in a huge leap forward! LLM-based intent recognition is now available, which has also greatly improved the use of classic chatbot functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Flexibility to integrate, do custom API calls, and build custom functions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

Testing different agent versions or testing your agent on different knowledge base versions isn't very efficient.

You have to create different agents, test them, and compare with different tabs/screens open.

An idea: select two agents, ask a question and see the difference in how both agents respond.

Adding a feedback survey in an open flow (a flow where there is no specific end) is complex. You don't want to hardcode asking for feedback because a customer can have multiple questions, you don't want them to fill out a survey after every question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
