What do you like best about VODA.ai?

1.) The map interface

2.) Ability to narrow down the search area for the creation of replacement projects

3.) Data analysis charts available (replacement of pipes over time)

4.) Ability to change the remaining useful life horizons (enhancement we requested)

5.) Initial receptiveness of the VODA Team to suggested product enhancements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VODA.ai?

1.) We felt like GW was a beta tester of many VODA features

2.) Project Planner limitations when pipes were not adjacent to one another

3.) Rules that were set seemed to often be overruled, defeating the usefulness of the planner

4.) Response times for enhancements and other customer support has fallen off significantly over time as VODA has grown as a company

5.) GIS Updates are extremely cumbersome to submit and not at all timely

6.) Removed the tool functionality for extracting VODA GIS data from the platform without consulting GW, greatly decreasing the value of the imported data to GW

7) Need better AI justification for presentation to governing boards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VODA.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prioritization of leak detection and main replacement project planning, however significant ROI has not been achieved to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
