I enjoy how Greenplum reached beyond the traditional SQL construct. Also for my company, we are rolling our projects related to machine learning, and Greenplum support ML through another software called Apache MADlib.

Greenplum competes in the same market as other giant postgresSQL databases such as Teradata and Redshift.
