Vitay Pros and Cons

Vitay is amazign because you can quickly add in referrals, it will send them over digital review forms both on phone & text message & you can call the person to get your referral in faster! This is great for recruiting and allowing your client to not have to work too hard. I use this platform daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about Vitay is that you have to have an email address in - I wish it would let you do either cell phone number or email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how it simplifies and accelerates reference checks. It saves time and resources on both sides, as a recruiter and as a reference, taking away time it takes to reach out, scedule a call and prepare the forms. With Vitay, it sends the reference questions right to teh reference provider and collates all the answers and forms in one complete report. Since beginning in my role 2 years ago within government TA we process a TON of references on a daily basis. When we made the switch to vitay we had our concerns as to how to process would be managed and the workload of it. It is safe to say I have literally never looked back and think this platform is the best thing to add to your TA department. No more cold calling references, no more playing phone tag and trying to talk to people in different time zones. Wish there was a way to pull a report for individual users to be able to show to management on the effectiveness of it. Right now you can only see the dashboard but it would be cool if I could pull a report and show it to my boss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
