Their attitude to give a fk to the customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I spent 5 days designing an album on vistaprint. After placing the order, there was no response till 10 days.
After that they said we cant print the order, please place a new order !!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the variety of print options that fit most of our needs meaning we don't need to search for a bunch of different print providers.
We love being able to have a location to see and easily reorder designs that we have already purchased or made a mock-up of. They always have some promotional discount going on and reward you for being a loyal customer.
They haven't ever sent us something that was wrong or that needed to be changed. They always deliver on the date that they said they would if not earlier. It is so nice not to have to worry about items arriving on time and if they will be need to be recorded due to an error.
We love the ability to share a login across the team and send to different corporate locations as we need to. The checkout process makes it easy to confirm that you are sending to the correct location as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Business cards are relatively slow to be delivered. I was there was a way to rush order at a cheaper cost. We use another source for promo products since they are really great about sending samples quickly and solving any issues with orders. There's a lot of trust built there so we haven't looked at their promotional products.
Some of the designs we love but a certain color can't be changed etc. That can be frustrating at times but there is a huge variety to choose from it can just be frustrating when you get set on a certain design but it won't work for you.
As you check out they try to sell in additional items which is just annoying as we typically have an exact item in mind when ordering and it just makes it more of a hassle to get to the check out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vistaprint has an easy portfolio setup where you can create a template (i.e. for business cards) and duplicate it for new prints. Their customer service is always on-par if you spot an error after the fact or need additional help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Don't like the corporate account setup. It needs more options like the non-business accounts have in regards to being able to customize supplies but at corporate pricing. We order generic envelopes and letterhead through the corporate portal but the normal website for business cards and other supplies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great products at reasonable prices, interesting add-on items, and amazing service. They once sent a batch of 500 business cards in which about 100 were misprinted (machine error). They resent an additional 500 cards on rush shipping at no cost to me, absolutely over the top service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the design options are lackluster and limited but you can get around this by uploading your own photo or psd and using your own designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The templates and design options. Lots to choose from. Tons of printing options and paper, textures, etc. They seem to always add new items and offer sales. It's pretty easy to find anything and I really like the preview images if you need to show it to someone else to see how the final product will look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not being able to change sizes or types of business cards and keep the same info. You have to call to get them to do it. Not sure if that has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a background in graphic design, so I sometimes upload my own designs for print on Vistaprint. I've also used Vistaprint's templates on occasion. Both have been great quality, with rich color and quality paper. I do a lot of printing (online and locally), Vistaprint's pricing with coupons is usually unbeatable. Always, always use a coupon!
Customization options are good for both personal and professional use. There's a variety of paper sizes, finishes, weights, etc.
Another place where Vistaprint wins over other similar sites--there is no Vistaprint logo on your final product. Other sites slap their logo on without allowing you to remove it--no thanks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Shipping on Vistaprint is kind of a racket, but use your coupon and you can recoup your costs and still come out okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The print quality I’ve received through Vistaprint has been equal to that of competitors that are three times the price. I’ve been blown away by everything I’ve ordered from them. I started out with custom designed business cards when I was in college. I designed them in Photoshop and uploading the design the Vistaprint was a breeze. They have a variety of paper types to choose from and they have a few high quality options for heavy duty business cards that I liked. The colors were accurate after printing, and I was really satisfied with the clarity or the text as well. They have a lot of great templates to pick from if you don’t want to use your own custom design, but I’d recommend going custom if you’re able. You want your card to stand out from the crowd as much as possible when you’re using it to gain business. Although their templates offer a lot of customization, they’re still templates. However, remember that using their templates isn’t a bad thing either and it can be an awesome starting point for your business card, or whatever else you may be working on getting printed. I also really like their website. Their website functions well, looks good, and is really really really really really really easy to navigate. That’s BIG. We have older people at our office that sometimes need to go to Vistaprint to place orders and they’ve never had any issues doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think one thing that could be improved is the recommendations for other products to purchase after you’ve chosen one to actually buy. It’s kind of a borage of items with your design on it and sometimes it can feel like they are trying to force more purchases on you instead of a more gentle approach. I’ve had to scroll for what felt like ages to actually complete the purchase and get past items I wasn’t interested in. I do appreciate the mock-ups on other items as you never know if you may or may not want something until you see it, I just wish it was less overall. One other thing that I’d like to see from Vistaprint are even more paper types for cards and a plethora of unique sizes and shapes. There are a lot of people with interesting square, circular, octagonal, or other interesting shaped cards. It’s far more memorable to receive one of these cards than it is your standard business card. I’m more likely to keep it and look at it again if it was something I maybe haven’t ever seen before. This would be a great option in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the pricing is transparent and the system of getting your work loaded in to create your marketing material is easy and standard to use. It's user friendly for anyone that's new to the world of print and design. I definitely recommend having a designer take a look at things before you finalize and purchase.
Vistaprint's support is also pretty handy, they have chats and you can call which are great options when you need questions answered. I like the proofing system as well because typos and mishaps happens, it's up to us, the user, to finalize and approve.
Vistaprint's business card deal is also pretty awesome. It's great for small businesses who are just starting or just need material that won't cost a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think overtime I realized the quality of which I like our marketing material to be printed. Vistaprint business cards, while a great deal, are not the best quality prints. I have had much more luck with local printers & I made it a point at my company to use local printers to support local.
However I don't knock Vistaprint, its still a great tool for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can chat with a tech or design team member at any hour of the day. They are always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don't like is there "pro" option. I signed up for their pro account to be more valuable to our company and ease of having a portal for my team to purchased approved merch. The initial set up was awesome, and red carpet was rolled out. HOWEVER, the pro team is NOT as accommodating as the consumer facing. For instance, if I need something made in the pro side, it is VERY inflated on the price. On the consumer side, they not only usually do it for free, they are super nice and turn it around in under 10 minutes. It is bananas why when I pay extra to be on the company plan it is so much more disappointing when I need help with minor things. They need to fix this. I don't usually write reviews, but I am hoping this will get noticed by their company and they make the necessary changes to their policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have mainly used Vistaprint to print out business cards and folders, for myself and clients. I particularly really like their thicker cards they look and feel high quality which all comes at an adorable rate. They have really good customer service and any issue that I might've had (which has been rare), they have been quick to assist and fix.
The printed colors have always been vibrant and the addition to gloss on their folders is great and appealing.
They also provide a lot of good promos throughout the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say that I have encountered, at the moment, a situation that has made me dislike working with vistaprint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
