What do you like best about Visma Severa?

Its intuitive interface allows a user to engage in several activities simultaneously, specifically when tracking the journey of every lead or enquiry. It has some interesting features that make the job and process very simple. What do you like best about Visma Severa?

Planning and tracking of project activities is very seamless.

We are able to book billable as well as no billable hours very effectively.

What do you dislike about Visma Severa?

it needs training for better understanding.

While doing any customization, it offers less exploration. We have to avoid very complex customization.

Love it's awesomeness with task priotization.

I really admire it's consistency with streamlining workflows.

What do you like best about Visma Severa?

Integrating calendars, scheduling/tasking, and time-tracking billable and non-billable hours into a solid Project Management SaaS. For us, as we grew, having these functions all come together in one service was a lifesaver. We got new insights on our business, such as profits – both per project, client or generated profit per employee, billable/non-billable rates, costs and overhead and were able to save hours of work with different systems consolidating information manually without a single source of truth.From a project manager point of view, I think the most valuable is the ease and flow of setting up a client from prospect to won and further to projects and billing and profitability review. From a systems admin point I love the integrations with Google SSO, Google calendar, Drive and our accounting/billing SaaS. From an amployee point of view I think the ease of tracking hours is best – we've had zero complaints and hours and expenses have turned out a rock solid 100 % correct. What do you dislike about Visma Severa?

The backend is still transitioning from legacy to new, so some corners look ugly but works. It's not that customizable. It works fine but looks pretty standard with little company branding/look&feel assets. That said, the user dashboard and views are well customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Visma Severa?

This software has the best ability to manage the project in the sense of every minute remaining fault to make the project is easy to raise by this software and then easy to handle these faults and make the project efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
