I've been a longtime customer of VirtualPBX. Their service is extremely reliable and the quality is excellent. I rarely have an issue with my phone service. The pricing is also reasonable, especially for small businesses like mine. Also, the are quite a ew features that are included with my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creating the account and getting the incoming greetings up and running using the temp number made the transition a snap. I was very impressed with the attentiveness and effective communication when they ported our phone number in. All without any additional costs. I wish it were easier to replace a recorded greeting file. It seems you have to upload a new file and re-link the recording into the correct spot on the tree, which makes fine-tuning the greeting segments a bit tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
