
It's an inexpensive alternative to more established, more robust, and more well-known CRMs. Their human support is great—namely, Drew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very clunky and unintuitive. The UI is old school. Their online documentation is almost non-existent. There are many videos, which is nice, but their contents are not searchable. The learning curve is STEEP so much so that I don't even bother to try to teach it to interns since, by the time they learn it, it will be time for them to move on. Integration with other platforms is limited and when available accomplished through a private Zapier API that is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
