Once you actually learn all of the intricacies of the platform, a user is typically able to get everything accomplished that they would like to... However, said the learning curve is fairly steep, and therefore it requires a technologically savvy or digital native to get to an administrative level and use the platform accordingly. The site editor feature, which enables us to make changes to our website is nowhere near as user-friendly or intuitive as some of the new website development platforms such as Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, etc... It sometimes freezes up, isn’t very user friendly for employees who do not have basic computer skills. Also the mobile version can’t print receipts, which is frustrating and a hassle if a customer or employee messes up the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
