First and formemost is the Dashboard which is amazing. The you have the abailty to manage various type of Hypervisors on the some console. This is a life saving in terms of reduction of complexity. They only Downside is the timezone issue ( I'm on ET timezone ) . Don't get me wrong their customer support is great very responsive and they are very concerned but sometimes I wish that I could use them during my working hours but when we schedule they are ready and very helpful..
