What do you like best about VI Service Desk?

Vi service desk manages ticket from creation to resolution it is provided transperancy

And it is very user friendly and convenient

We can get many reports in very less time

Excellent support and smooth integration

Platform offers automation features to reduce manual task and increase efficiency

And this platform enables users to connect with mobile devices whenever they want to go they can utilise it by managing the tickets

Certain customisation features are limited compare to other service desk platform

Integrating feature with other tools may require technical expertise and it is complex

recently had the pleasure of utilizing VI Service Desk, and I must say, the experience surpassed my expectations. As someone who values prompt and efficient customer service, I was delighted by the level of support provided by VI Service Desk.

From the very first interaction, it was evident that VI Service Desk takes customer satisfaction seriously. The representatives I dealt with were highly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. They were able to quickly grasp the nature of my issue and provide appropriate solutions without any unnecessary delays.

One aspect that sets VI Service Desk apart is their emphasis on personalized assistance. Instead of employing generic troubleshooting techniques, the support team tailored their approach to address my specific concerns. Customer service encounters- I had high hopes for their service, but it fell far below my expectations. It took an incredibly long time for them to respond to my initial inquiry, leaving me in limbo and without any updates on the progress of my request. When I finally did receive a response, it was vague and lacked any substantial information. It seemed like the support team had a lack of knowledge or simply didn't care about my concerns. What do you like best about VI Service Desk?

The best part of VI Service Desk is that it makes customer satisfaction its number one priority. I, along with my colleagues, believe having a more personalized experience with support is essential, and that is where VI Service Desk excels at. 10/10 recommend in my industry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VI Service Desk?

There is some friction in the initial set up and integration required. Since most of my colleagues arent' very friendly with outside intervention, we could;ve used faster installation on the same Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VI Service Desk?

Easy to configure work flows for tickets, excellent reporting features and I love the fact that asset management is built into the product. This makes handling tickets and keeping track of what has been service on each system very easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VI Service Desk?

The product is quite feature ritch but the interface looks more like it is from the earily 2000's. It would be nice to see some modern UI updates to keep things looking fresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the brains of our helpdesk. Our users submit their requests and through the custom workflows you can build the tickets are able to go to the correct people automatically instead of having to have a manager dedicate time to assigning tickets out or having our staff keep an eye on the queue.
