    What do you like best about Vertask?

    Easy to use interface, all features in one place. task sprint tracking, task implementaion to other users, billing interface. Best part is knowledgebase. simple integration, customer support is very responsive. Reports tracking. can search ticket status, pending, hold, past due, completed.     less integration, with high volume task it loads slowly, email customization issue. SSO feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems is Vertask solving and how is that benefiting you?

    Comparing to Jira, it is very cost saving and easy to use. task report generation is friendly able to see the time took to resolve a query. users can be added as contact and then task can be assigned to them. notifying them about task is an addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
