IDWare Age provides ID verification, and visitor management solutions. This includes age verification, ID authentication using a proprietary library that checks for more than 100 little-known fake ID tells, facial matching, and third party checks against a variety of databases. What do you like best about VeriScan?

It is pretty reliable and it does everything that we need it to. Support is also very helpful and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VeriScan?

I just wish that it would have slightly better connectivity to the service because there will be times where the devices will synchronize after every scan and it can cause issues with workflow for our security guards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VeriScan?

The ID scanning is super fast, accurate and easy to use, drastically cutting wait times. The age verification ensures we are complying with regulations.

The visitor management system is excellent and user-friendly, maintains detailed logs and improves security. Integration was seamless, the customer support team was incredible, helpful and available anytime during the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VeriScan?

Software wise we have had very little problems. It integrates with our POS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VeriScan?

For the Hardware, we have already replaced the image scanner once, and its already starting to darken again. We have to pay $500 each time we send them back for this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VeriScan?

Veriscan is great to not only verify the age of a person but to also account for when they arrive. It also can help keep track of patrons who are banned from the premesis which is extremely helpful in keeping our establishment safe! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We often get strange notices indicating we are out of license or some other message which doesnt affect function but does create questions amongst our staff. This is likely a conflict with Dutchie integration rather than a veriscan issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
