What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?

The most helpful tool in my experience has been the customization and automation of staffing processes. This includes vacation bids, shift swaps, flex time and adherence monitoring. Its user interface is clean and simple to understand and help is always available if you need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
