The way that Verint Workforce Management improves workforce scheduling so as to ensure the correct distribution of resources at the right times is well appreciated. WFM is very important for companys specially customer service companies as we higher a lot of employees and we need to manager ther schedule there shifts and where every team should locat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?

I like the profiling of the agents. It can be used for scheduling, forecasting and even training verticals to keep up with trained skills. The WFM team has more options for creative scheduling; shift trades and the movbile app allows associates to see schedules right on their smart phone. In our business review with Verint after some time using the application, the team showed additional features we were not using that should continue to strengthen the versitility of scheduling for our agents and continue to support healthy work life balance for everyone. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?

I would like to see more robust reporting on the profiles of agents. It would be good to have an option to customize the componets stored in profiles to pull the report in the format needed for your business area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?

Ease of use for maintain a large amount of clients. Nice easy UI for the agent experience with expanding options. Supportive and immeidate responses from the Verint Support teams. How the tool accounts for shrinkage in the advanced forecating module. The auditing function within Verint is not robust enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
